For clients who need regular admissions, we have specialised care plans in place where needed which enable our clients to be seen by their regular specialist with minimum delay once in hospital. Our residential units are small, with 5 to 7 beds, allowing us to offer flexible visiting times based on our clients' preferences. While we recommend visits take place between 10:30 and 18:00 and request at least 24 hours’ notice, we’re happy to accommodate visits outside these hours if they don’t disrupt the unit’s operations or other clients’ schedules.
